  • Yes! Returns & exchanges for unworn items are free at Tecovas. Visit returns.tecovas.com to start your return or exchange.
  • What is your return policy?
  • Returns and exchanges are 100% free for items in unworn or unused condition (i.e., original tags, unworn & unwashed, no scuffs on the soles of boots) within 30 days of receipt. If you're buying boots, we encourage you to try them on carpet to avoid scratching the outsoles!
  • How do I return or exchange my order?
  • To start a return or exchange, simply head to returns.tecovas.com and follow the prompts, then mail your package back to us! We’ll send you a notification as soon as your refund has been processed, or your requested exchange is on its way. Please allow up to 5 business days for online returns to be processed and/or shipped.

  • How do I get a return label?
  • Head to returns.tecovas.com and follow the prompts. There, we’ll have a digital label for you that you can print at home. Don’t have a printer? No problem. You can go straight to a FedEx or participating retail location, show the QR code attached to your FedEx tracking number and a team member will print the label for you on the spot. Please check the email containing your QR code label for a list of participating drop-off locations nearby.
